Converting patient education to another language

Some patient education in these Point of Care tools are available in multiple languages, however in most cases that is not the case.

If the desired language is not available, one option would be to use free online translation software. The translation may not be 100% accurate, however it may be a solution to ensuring your patient is able to comprehend their condition, aftercare instructions or requirements for upcoming tests.

Google Translate can translate PDF documents, so the instructions below will show you how to save a printout to a PDF to enable a translated copy to print or send electronically to the patient.
